Nisbah

Nisbah is a digital platform that connects financial institutions with corporate applicants looking to procure 3 services - Credit cards, Term deposit and Loans. Their USPs included accumulation of all institutions, quick turnaround time and hassle free registration without the need to submit multiple documents.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to help corporate applicants to get loans in an easier and a faster way. Corporate applicants are in need of a marketplace that helps them compare different loans provided by banks with best perks in a single place.

We had to create a place for banks to gather leads and help them to convert new leads.

Our Solution

With Nisbah, we created two parts of the product, one side expressed the benefits of the product and on the other side, we worked on the webapp. WebApp navigation for corporate applicants was simplified by using filters for sorting information via interest rates, terms, institutes.

Nisbah gathers corporate applicants as leads, helps banks to filter the appropriate leads and helps the banks keep a track of a lead’s life & manage internal team with a dashboard and administrative side of the app.

Our Process

UX process for Nisbah was adapted from the point of the personas. Studying the persona’s needs and wants and formulating a page structure to help the user understand the product was the primary focus.

The wireframes were designed to keep the approach of the website simple as easy to navigate as the target audience is mature and would want to have things simple and straightforward.

The platform is designed with vibrant gradients and with the right balance of illustrations. The design team suggested illustrations as the product is trying to depict a story and solve critical problems and illustrations can be customized to depict stories graphically in a beautiful manner.

Designs of the brand are beautifully crafted with scalable components and being taken forward to Nisbah’s product as well to have a uniform experience throughout the user journey.

Geometric sans serif typefaces have been a popular design tool ever since these actors took to the world’s stage. Poppins is one of the new comers to this long tradition. With support for the Devanagari and Latin writing systems, it is an internationalist take on the genre.
