CIFCL's existing loan origination apps required a comprehensive redesign. The project scope encompassed an exhaustive UX/UI overhaul across multiple user roles and modules, both on web and mobile platforms, with Salesforce as the development partner.
The redesigned interface needed to adhere strictly to Salesforce guidelines, entailing a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce design constructs. Collaborating with Salesforce to ascertain the boundaries of design within their system while meeting CIFCL's business needs posed a significant challenge.
A significant objective for CIFCL was a swift go-live transition to the new interface. Balancing high-quality design solutions with a tight timeline was a substantial challenge, particularly considering the sheer size and complexity of the application.
