We addressed the platform creation challenge by methodically conducting intensive research, establishing a strong IA, designing user flows, and crafting wireframes. This meticulous approach helped us develop an intuitive interface from the white-label backend solution provided.
To ensure alignment between our design and the backend capabilities, we conducted frequent catch-ups with ClaimSlate stakeholders and the backend product team. This continuous communication allowed for seamless integration and facilitated harmonious collaboration.
