We addressed the multi-persona platform challenge by adopting a templated approach for individual pages. Whether it was for events, RFPs, or vendor views, this approach ensured design consistency and simplified information consumption for the users.
To tackle mobile view optimization, we concentrated on designing pages with a commonality in information consumption. By understanding how users typically consume information, we optimized the layout and content organization across various pages, enhancing the mobile user experience.
To create a unified interface yet ensure distinct pathways for different personas, we utilized reusable design blocks. This approach maintained visual coherence throughout the platform, streamlining the development process, and provided a consistent user interface across different sections and functionalities.
