Impact Analytics is founded by Cornell, Columbia, McKinsey alumnus and driven by a team of Harvard, IIT, IIM leaders. They work with the largest brands and retailers in the world and provide end to end planning of supply chain, forecasting, assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, pricing and promotions.

The Challenge

Primary challenge of Impact analytics was to attract new gen collaborations. Their product presence was outdated. Current website had a lot of unstructured data which limited the organization to scale as they were launching new products and services on a frequent basis.

Another big challenge was that as products and services were increasing, it was creating a problem to navigate between different flows.

Our Solution

Clubbing services and company related information helped us simplify navigation and helped us in making the website scalable.

Unstructured data was realigned as per the goals and the purpose of the pages. This helped us in reducing words, content and helped us in formulating a scalable approach towards different folds of the website according to the purpose and story.

Our Process

UX approach for Impact Analytics was to deliver a scalable website with a scope of addition of new pages as per the business’s needs. The IA and wireframes are designed to keep these things in the mind while making sure that the target audience should find it easy to navigate between pages.

During the UI process, the design team benchmarked a lot of competitors to provide a scalable solution to Impact Analytics with a better visual presentation of their website with regards to the competitors in the market.

The visual approach for this project was more image based to show real impact of the organization and with gradients and patterns to potray the modernism of the organization.

On finalizing the designs, the design team handed over the designs with detailed walkthroughs of all use cases to the development team.

This handoff activity allowed the development team to understand the scalability of components of different modules and helped them in creating their design system for the front end.
