Bajaj Allianz aims to become the undisputed leader amongst non-bank promoted life insurance companies in Top-line and Profitability. To fulfil this, they have a huge number of products to offer in numerous categories. Proper assessment of user requirements and allocation was the need of the hour.
We came in to create multiple platforms, that would not just be used by their users, but also their team and insurance agents. A comprehensive site like Marketing Assist, which would act as single repository for their agents to find the right products for their customers, tools and calculators such as Immunity Score Calculator, Financial Fitness Calculator, PASA, and many more.
Marketing Assist Platform we designed has become a single source of truth for Bajaj Allianz's Sales team to find detailed information about all their products as per their customers needs. Not just this, with comprehensive set of features that were built within the Platform, they could provide feedback and also request for new kinds of product ideas as per the Market's requirement.
We conducted conclusive user studies to understand the behavioural pattern of the people who would use these self assessment tools and calculators. Based on that, we were able to devise a simply beautiful yet engaging experience for their customers.
Our aim was to create a solution covering all these aspects.
To achieve this, we conducted user and market research so that we could propose solutions that worked for both the users and the business.
Similarly, illustrations that reflected the ideology the brand wanted to give out were created. The acted as an accent to the entire design flow.
Bajaj's Allianz were able to seamlessly integrate the same with their existing backend architecture.
A elegant and versatile serif typeface captures the essence of Bajaj Allianz. Through the elegant lines and sinuous curves this font works perfectly for a display reading or beautifully as a headline or as body copy.
Home Screen is designed keeping in mind the ease of searching the right Insurance product from the options available by providing Search bar, Recommended and Trending sections.
Tools & Calculator
The left side of the page makes it easy to switch between different pages, and the Tools & Calculators display accurately the available tools in a card shape with the number of leads.
While searching for any file the search bar makes it easy by displaying the required content with image and it's name and further by classifying the data into different categories.
Idea Box displays necessary details when a user submits an idea. This helps members to understand details and provide feedback easily, making it interactive and interesting.
This flow aims at assessing the risk of an individual and calculating a respective score to better suggest a suitable product
This showcases the score of an individual based on the answers submitted and also displays a little content about what their result means.
